how this adventure started...
So many years of working in a corporate environment lead me to the discovery of my true passion. It took me a while, but I’m here now.
The 13 years, I worked in management; I always felt something was missing, it wasn’t increasing company profits and decreasing production processing times that fulfilled me. It wasn’t even receiving a prestigious leadership award that made me light up inside, although it warmed my heart.
It was recognizing that every individual who was part of the team I was managing lead to those achievements. The company could thrive, I could prosper, the team members could succeed, only because we were progressing together.
Just like plants, people also need a suitable environment, the right resources, and tender loving care to grow. That is why I was working closely with all my team members, motivating them to reach for greater heights. I helped them identify their goals, map out a career path, and, most importantly, keep them accountable for the plans they set for themselves. With that, they not only brought fulfillment to themselves (career growth, self-growth, etc.) but so much value to the company, too (increased revenue & profits, etc.).
And that’s when it hit me, there is nothing I enjoy more than helping others find what they truly want and live a fulfilling life designed by none other than themselves.
With my BA in Business Administration and Marketing minor in hand, I fueled my passion further by getting certified as a Life Coach by JRNI Coaching, became a neuro-linguistic programming practitioner, and started my very own coaching practice. Now, I am 110% focused on helping others identify and achieve their wildest dreams while I am putting my passion to work.
